Intellectual property policy

Any work published by the Autonomous University of Baja California that has been submitted to review by the University Editorial Department, will guarantee that the intellectual property is granted to both the authors of the same, as well as the UABC itself and participating institutions —in the case of co-editions—.

The intellectual property will be granted, expressed and protected by means of:

1. The ISBN assignment.

2. The mention or appearance, where appropriate, of the names of the participating authors and institutions.

3. The indication of the legend relative to the Rights Reserved, “D.R.”, in accordance with the copyright laws in force.

4. The indication of the symbol corresponding to the copyright , "©", based on current regulations.
