Requirement of originality

1. All proposals must be original. If previously published content is included (which may not exceed 20% of the work), the corresponding precision must be made at the beginning of the section (as a footnote, along with the reference data).
2. Proposals that are participating in other contests or contests, that are pending or that have received funds for publication through programs or organizations, are not accepted.
